Had a blast at Martha's retreat with 10 of her customers; for a total of 12 of us (www.creativecottageretreat.com). This was just a retreat coordinated by Martha; but all 12 ladies did their own thing for the weekend... it's a lovely facility; though not wheelchair accessible {ok, so I've got a different friend that always looks for that sort of thing since her husband needed those facilities the last several years of his life}. I did a little of this and a little of that. Friday night I worked on knitting... yes, it was a stamping/scrapping type retreat.. but it was every woman for herself as far as whatever creative muse hit ya... and so I took along some of my knitting projects that were in a state of despair and disarray... I was working on a simple garter stitch baby blanket in Berroco plush colors... but when I had done the bind off edge, it came out way to tight and made the blanket have uneven edges i.e. the caston edge was wider than the castoff edge... so I h...
