Debby Ware - Booties

On Friday, Debby taught her basic booties; I already had her Bunny Booties kit in progress so I already had all of my squares for both booties completed. Most of the rest of the ladies in the class had to stitch their squares (2 squares of 20 stitches x rows to make a square and 1 square of 24 stitches x rows to make a square). Perhaps they should have assigned pre-work to this class so that we could have moved on to the funner part like making the embellishments like spirals, i-cord, bobbles, flowers, pompons, etc. Still, it was a fun day of knitting though my back was killing me after sitting in metal folding chair for hours. Thankfully, I have a membership to Massage Envy http://www.massageenvy.com/ and was able to get a therapist to get my back, neck, and shoulders unknotted. So far I have the base booties completed and stitched and have 1 bunny ear left to complete and a pair of pompon tails and I'll be ready to assemble.
