Ok, it is TOPS weigh-in night and not sure what the scale will show; at Jenny Craig on Saturday it was a 1/2 pound loss and last week's TOPS weigh was a turtle (no change). I've had a great week; been on track with Jenny most of the week with a couple of exception meals with hubby over the weekend. I've had 6 or more glasses of water every day. I've followed Bob Greene's Phase I of The Best Life goals-- which were basically to eat a nutritious breakfast daily; drink at least 6 glasses of water; no eating 2 hours before bedtime; take a multi-vitamin, calcium supplement, and omega3 supplement if needed; and to get moving more. Well, I've hit the gym or worked out every day this week... ok, not the gym yesterday... but I did do the treadmill at home while watching The Closer instead of sitting on my duff and knitting, so I still got my exercise in.
