I'm still in the 'try-out', 'check-out', or 'dating' phase of finding a new personal trainer~ that phase where you kind of work out with different ones to see which one you like and mesh with that you can stand to work with long-term. So far I've tried 2, think there are 2 more that have schedules that mesh with mine to check out. Trainer #1 is a female and she broke me into a sweat within the first 5 minutes and put me thru a lower body workout, to which my Quads were not happy. The thing that stuck in my head was a comment about muscle failure and pain and that the more pain that I (the Client) was in, the better she liked it... hmmm... I tried Trainer #2 today and he was losing points in my book for running late; he put me thru an upper body workout.. and also broke me into a sweat within the first 5 minutes as the warm consisted of 3 sets of 12 squats while rotating a medicine ball in a big circle in front of me both in ...
