Yep, everything from the waist down aches today... pretty much sitting is ok; standing is ok; walking is ok... but any transitions between those states, not-so-ok. Pretty much feels like someone has stabbed my glutes with a fork and calves are not real happy either. Guess that's the price I pay for having neglected the strength training in favor of the cardio training. Now to find a happy balance between the two without feeling like being at the gym is like having an unpaid part-time job.
